On the morning of June 12, 2020, the Sixth Lecture of China Public Management High-end Forum, co-hosted by Tsinghua Institute for Governance Studies and School of Public Policy and Management (SPMM), was held in the Reception Hall of Tsinghua University's Main Building. Zeng Peiyan, former Vice Premier of the State Council and Chairman of China Center for International Economic Exchanges (CCIEE), was invited to attend and deliver a speech, while Zhang Xiaoqiang, Executive Vice Chairman of CCIEE, delivered a keynote speech. Chen Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tsinghua Institute for Governance Studies, attended the event and delivered a concluding speech. Jiang Peimao, Secretary General of the China Top Think Tanks and Director of the Social Science Work Office of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee, and Xiang Baotao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University and Executive Director of the Tsinghua Institute for Governance Studies, delivered speeches. The event was hosted by Jiang Xiaojuan, Dean of School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. Wu Hongbo, Co-Director of the Institute for Sustainable Development Goals, Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SDG Institute/TUSDG), Special Representative of the Chinese Government on European Affairs, and former Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations, was invited to attend the event and put forward suggestions with the participating experts at the venue on the construction of a new type of think-tank with Chinese characteristics, and telling China's story, among other topics.
