TUSDG, UNDP and others discuss Internationalization and Localization of the SDGs
On the morning of November 7, 2018, Professor Zhu Xufeng, Executive Director of TUSDG, and others went to the United Nations General Representative Office in China to discuss with representatives of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in China, China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA), Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), Soong Ching Ling Foundation (SCLF), and the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National School of Administration (NSA)), and other renowned domestic and international development institutions, about South-South cooperation assistance fund project applications to help developing countries such as Pakistan, Nepal, Rwanda, Vanuatu, Turkmenistan, etc. to carry out project activities in poverty reduction, agricultural development and climate change. During the meeting, Prof. Zhu Xufeng made important suggestions on project evaluation, assessment and implementation.

On the same day, Prof. Zhu Xufeng met with Liu Jun, Director of the United Nations Operations Division of the China International Center for Economic and Technical Exchanges of the Ministry of Commerce, and Wan Yang, Assistant Country Director of the UNDP, to discuss the latest situation and future development of China's SDGs projects, and to exchange practices and innovations in the localization of China's SDGs.
