On December 21, 2024, the 2024 Board of Directors Meeting of Institute for Sustainable Global Development of Tsinghua University (Tsinghua SDG Institute) was successfully held online.

The meeting was moderated by Yang Bin, Director of the Board of Directors of Tsinghua SDG Institute and Vice President of Tsinghua University；Member of Board of Directors: Peng Zongchao, Secretary, the CPC Committee, School of Public Policy and Management, Professor, School of Public Policy and Management；Liu Shuming, Dean & Professor, School of Environment, Tsinghua Univeristy；Xue Lan, Dean, Schwartzman College, Tsinghua University; Professor, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, Director, Tsinghua SDG Institute. And management team: Zhu Xufeng, Dean & Professor, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, Executive Director of Tsinghua SDG Institute；Wang Can, Chair of School Council & Professor, School of Environment, Tsinghua University, Vice Director of Tsinghua SDG Institute; Zhu Junming, Associate Dean & Associate Professor, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University, Vice Director of Tsinghua SDG Institute and so on attended the meeting.

The meeting summarized and reported the main achievements of the Tsinghua SDG Institute in 2024, and the members of the Board of Directors highly affirmed the work of the Tsinghua SDG Institute in the past year and approved the topics by the Tsinghua SDG Institute. The members of the Board of Directors had an in-depth discussion on the future development direction and put forward constructive suggestions, meanwhile encouraging the Tsinghua SDG Institute to further enhance its influence inside and outside the university, especially on the international platform, and actively participate in the practice and dialog in the field of sustainable development.
