If an enterprise wants to succeed, it must make a long-term strategy and cooperate with stakeholders to adapt to these changes. He introduced the transformation process, innovation projects and strategic development objectives of Royal DSM, that Royal DSM not only regards sustainable development as its corporate value and social responsibility, but also strives to turn sustainable development into the main driving force for business growth and leadership improvement. Sijbesma said that the country, like enterprises, needs to make changes, and innovation and sustainable development are the key to China's economic growth. He stressed that the development of new economic growth model requires close cooperation and partnerships between the public sector and the private sector. Enterprises should pursue the balanced development of social responsibility, environmental protection and economic benefits, that is, to create value in three aspects at the same time: human, earth and profit.
